General Conditions of Sale

OMNIPRO provides support services for the installation and commissioning of its equipment, through a dedicated customer support line (applied on weekdays from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm) 220 136 648.
OMNIPRO considers that support must comply with a critical level of service, with a maximum response time of 8h and parts repair time of 72h after entering our facilities.

OMNIPRO provides the technical documentation necessary for the operation of the proposed equipment.

The proposed equipment is guaranteed for 2 (two) years against any manufacturing defects, except for the ceiling motor, which has a 3 (three) year warranty.

The prices mentioned will be increased by the current VAT rate, and must be considered for equipment to be loaded in our warehouses.

Payment terms to be negotiated.

The characteristics of the products described in the respective catalogs may be subject to changes without prior notice, OMNIPRO reserving the right to introduce changes in shape, size and composition or techniques or even to suppress the production/sale of any product.

The values in the price lists can be changed at any time without prior notice, and are always subject to the application of VAT at the legal rate in force.
